Senior Digital Producer
At the moment we’re on the lookout for a new Senior Digital Producer. Someone who’s smart, canny, clever, seriously good and seriously nice who wants to max their experience and nous to the full. Salary is dependent on your ability to scope and manage like a god, to know your tech like the true digital native you are, and to get deeply and romantically involved in some genuinely innovative digital ideas.

Simon’s story

Set on working at a progressive digital comms agency, I started a work placement at Albion in April 2008. I did all your typical work placement jobs – competitor research, vox pop filming and hardcore kettle management.

My break came on the Skype Nomad campaign. I was writing a music blog at the time and Albion needed someone to manage the social networks that all the Skype Nomad content lived on. My blogging experience matched the campaign well and I spent four weeks editing and optimising the content for use across multiple social networks. For two of those weeks I was out with the Nomad running round Europe making sure all the content we were creating had maximum impact.

After that campaign I was taken on as a Planner and have worked on some great projects – from Absolute Radio’s rebrand (anyone remember Virgin!) to developing mobile phone apps for ThomsonReuters. Currently I work on four accounts learning a variety of strategic skills on each account.
