We’re always on the lookout for really interesting people. Whether you’re a copywriter, developer or a suit we love digital natives. But it’s not enough to be a genuine do-er, we want cracking experimenters too, people who are interested as well as interesting and fully in touch with their inner geek, brilliant listeners and talkers, self motivated souls who also love to work in a team, and people with a real entrepreneurial flair who are as keen to help shape a growing agency as we are. Meanwhile we’re specifically looking for

  • Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director
    A hardcore digital native firmly placed in this decade. Hungry, clever, inventive, brimming with entrepreneurial chutzpah and digital zeal, who who wants to max their experience and nous to the full and get deeply and romantically involved in some genuinely innovative ideas.
  • Account Exec/Account Manager
    Someone with star stamped on their forehead. Digital or integrated experience, but with a digital passion and a serious social network profile.
  • Two Midweight Producers
    One a hardcore digital producer, the other integrated with some digital experience. Seriously good, seriously nice, and seriously don’t do problems, only solutions. It’s all about team at Albion and we love people who throw themselves into a project.
  • Creative all rounder
    Someone who is as comfortable with making films, editing, writing, designing websites, branding anything that makes an idea come alive, as they are as coming up with and communicating creative concepts. Designer or illustrator or visual communicator, someone with varied skills, who can do a range of things, get stuck in and push the rest of the creative department to be better. This is a placement opportunity. Where it leads is depends on you.
  • Writer
    Advertising, content, journalism, whatever, the main thing is that you’re preternaturally gifted, are able to have brilliant ideas as well as write cracking copy, web content, scripts and the like and are a thoroughly good egg. Being versatile and all embracing is a bit of a must at Albion, although we’re open minded about whether it’s someone with a bit of experience behind them or someone who needs a bit of training up. A bit of a sports fan, a Twitter nut and a blogging whizz would suit us down to the ground.
  • Placement Creative Teams
    We thrive on energy and new ideas, so we’re always open to the freshest, best new talent. And if that new talent happens to have a passion for sports, then so much the better. We can’t promise a job at the end of it, but we can promise live briefs, our time and a lot of encouragement. Whether you’re a team or an ambidextrous solo player, if nothing else we’ll give you our honest opinion.
